Owning a designer handbag has been great for my friends and I, over the years. Before we had such nice bags, we were just carrying simple purses that could be bought at any number of shops around town. Back then a purse was really just something for utility, like a postman’s mailbag. The amazing thing about these bags is that not only are they beautifully designed,  they are also made from quality, sturdy material and in most cases fine leather. Which means they endure and last longer than a cheaper style purse made from artificial materials. Another option for designer handbags is going with a knockoff brand or look alike brand that may be made in China rather than Italy, France, or New York. This is not exactly a bad idea because in some cases, for their price, these fake purses can be a real deal  as it is hard to tell the difference between an actual one and or a fake one.

These days women of all places in society are purchasing fashionable handbags more and more regardless of what others may think. In the past people at the top levels of society had to always have the most extravagant clothes and quality designer items. But now most women don’t feel the need to conform to these rich standards, they simply know what they want. They know their tastes and they know quality, they don’t want just another cheap everyday mailbag type of purse. They want something that empowers them and gives them something to show for their hard earned money.
